BREATH BODY BIRTH

Online Prenatal Yoga

My intention for you is to feel comfortable, confident and calm during your journey of becoming a mother

Pregnancy and birth is a highly sensitive time of a woman’s life, and it is not easy

There’s a reason labor is called labor- it is hard work!

And there is a lot of information floating around and many people telling you what’s best

A yoga practice is one way to filter out the noise and give yourself the tools to listen to YOU

Your body, your mind, your spirit

You know yourself and your baby best

This skill of self inquiry and cultivating inner strength will help you tenfold in pregnancy, birth and beyond
